Yes, this happened to me to. I was booked in at Bangpakok9 hospital but I received an email from the CEO saying that they had experienced problems recently whereby patients were getting over-charged so they asked me if I wanted to change to the World Medical Hospital but with same hospital.
I was worried at first because the prices at that hospital are much more expensive but they said they had negotiated with the hospital to match the quote I had received from Bangpakok9 hospital.
So, now I'm really happy because I get the same doctor but at a superior hospital with no hidden surprises or charges when I arrive.
The CEO was really lovely about it and said that I didn't have to change if I didn't want to and it's actually a lot more work for them to change me to the new hospital but sh said she didn't want to run the risk of me been overcharged because it would tarnish my experience.
I can still see my original treatment plan and my original case. Maybe check with the support team why you can't access it.
